The farm
Susanna and Pasqual's fields are located among the rolling hills of Sitjar Baix, in the town of Onda (Castelló). They are surrounded by rosemary, thyme, mastic trees and other plants typical of the natural Mediterranean mountain landscape.
The isolation of these plots ensures pure organic farming, free from interference or cross-contamination from neighboring estates. Our irrigation water is sourced from one of the many traditional wells found in this region, which is renowned for its rich groundwater reserves.
